Terms and Conditions

Conditions governing the use of taxitransfers24.com by passengers and partners.

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the portal taxitransfers24.com (the "Portal"), owned by Taxi Transfers 24 (see the Legal Notice).

By using the Portal, both passengers and taxi companies and professional drivers (the "partners") accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the Portal.

2. What Taxi Transfers 24 is

The Portal is an intermediation platform that puts passengers in touch with partners to make it easy to request, offer and book taxi, transfer and private transport services.

Important: Taxi Transfers 24 does not provide transport services directly. The service is provided by the partner, who is responsible for carrying it out. Our role is to facilitate contact and management between both parties.

3. General terms of use

  • Users must provide truthful, complete and up-to-date information.
  • Using the Portal for illegal, fraudulent or abusive purposes is prohibited.
  • The prices shown on the Portal are approximate and for guidance only. The price of each service is the one given by the partner in their offer.
  • We may update these terms at any time. The version in force is the one published on this page.

4. Terms for passengers

  • You do not need to register to request a service.
  • To request one, fill in the form with your journey, date, time and number of passengers.
  • You will receive a personalised offer from a partner, usually within 24 hours at the latest.
  • Accepting the offer is entirely up to you. Requesting a quote is free and carries no obligation.
  • Once you accept the offer, the service is confirmed with the partner.
  • Payment is made directly to the driver at the time of the service, unless a card hold has been activated as a guarantee (see section 6).
  • If you need to cancel or change a booking, let us know as soon as possible through the Portal or through our contact form.

5. Terms for partners

  • Registering as a partner implies accepting these terms and undertaking to provide services professionally and punctually, with the licences and insurance required by law.
  • Partners receive notifications of requests in their area and freely set the price of their offer.
  • If the passenger accepts the offer, the service is confirmed and the partner undertakes to carry it out under the conditions offered.
  • If, for a justified reason, they cannot carry out a confirmed service, they must notify it as far in advance as possible.
  • An unjustified no-show for a confirmed service results in immediate removal from the Portal.

6. Payments, card hold and fees

  • As a general rule, Taxi Transfers 24 is not involved in payment: the passenger pays the driver directly.
  • Optionally, at the partner's request, a card hold can be activated as a guarantee. This is a hold for the amount of the service, not a charge.
  • If the service is provided normally, the hold is released at no cost.

If the passenger does not show up and has not cancelled:

  • The amount held will be charged.
  • Taxi Transfers 24 will pay the partner the amount of the service, retaining 10% for management and transaction costs.

7. Responsibilities

  • The partner is responsible for carrying out the transport service, its quality and punctuality, and for complying with applicable regulations.
  • Taxi Transfers 24 is not liable for damage, loss, delays or incidents arising from the service provided by the partner, without prejudice to the rights granted to consumers by law.
  • Even so, if any problem arises we will do our best to mediate and help find a solution.

8. Communication, support and incidents

  • Each booking has a communication system between passenger and partner.
  • For any incident, you can contact our team through the contact form.
  • We will always seek a fair solution for both parties.

9. Personal data

The processing of passenger and partner data is explained in the Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to the service

We may change, suspend or remove features of the Portal when necessary to improve the service or ensure its security.

11. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals that correspond by law; where the user is a consumer, those of their domicile.
